About the role

Sweeto Burrito is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Food Truck Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a food truck operation in the Rapid City, Black Hills, and Sturgis areas of South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest satisfaction with the assistance of the staff
• Coach and develop the team members on a daily basis to improve the guest experience
• Able to discuss, report and obtain weekly budget goals with supervisor
• Manage 2 operating vehicles, a truck and a trailer through fair weather around the Rapid City, Black Hills & Sturgis area in South Dakota
• Oversee Daily operations of both truck and trailer
• Train and develop new team members
• Maintain staffing levels
• Adhere to all safety guidelines
• Weekly Inventories and Schedules
• Maintains a clean and fun work environment
• Resolves Guest issues in a timely manner
• Communicates regularly with supervisor and team members

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• 2 plus years similar experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
