Cook

Responsibilities

• Weekly rotation of various cooking stations and salad bar
• Assist with food preparation for breakfast and lunch services for office associates
• Assist with preparing coffee
• Assist with food and beverage caterings within the building, including set up and take down
• Backup the cashier station and work with different payment types
• Follow safe food-handling practices
• Operate dishwashers and other cafe’ equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
• Auxiliary support for receiving, stocking, and inventory of food and beverage items
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• 90% of day is standing
• Aptitude for cooking
• Excellent customer service skills
• Pleasant verbal skills
• Ability to excel in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Catering and food service experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
