About the role
The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving meals in accordance with recipes and food safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepares meals according to recipes and food safety standards
- Ensures cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follows all food preparation and service procedures
- Assists with meal planning and inventory management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or related field preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for delivery)
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
