Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to residents within the scheduled timeframe
- Follow menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions made on proper form
- Clean and maintain a neat, safe working environment, including the kitchen and food service areas
- Maintain inventory control, places food orders, verifies that items are received appropriately, and restock appropriately
- Ensure that resident food preferences are known and followed
Requirements
- Obtain a Food Handlers card
- Meet all mandatory health requirements by state regulations
- Read, write, speak and understand English
