Responsibilities
- Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
- Work in a high-volume restaurant environment, handling tasks like cutting, sautéing, and cooking meals.
- Assist in the kitchen, preparing and cooking food items under supervision.
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements
- One year of serving experience preferred, but open to great applicants with little or no restaurant experience.
- A strong team player.
- A good communicator.
- An organized person with a keen attention to detail.
- At least 21 years old with a valid TAPS card.
