About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team for the afternoon shift (2 pm - close). This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, lead a team of cooks, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate line cooks to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
• Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a line cook, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
