The Ya Ya's Euro Bistro is a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with growth opportunities for team members in a casual dining restaurant company. It offers great culinary careers for line cooks (concinero / cocinera) with experience in high volume restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food preparation guidelines
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Support the kitchen staff in ensuring efficient workflow and timely food service
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Passion for cooking and a positive attitude towards serving customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Food Handlers Card

• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances
