About the role

The Ya Ya's Euro Bistro is a full service restaurant concept with growth opportunities for team members in a casual dining restaurant setting. We are seeking experienced Line Cooks (Concinero / Cocinera) with a background in high volume restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and under supervision.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Handle inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Proficiency in basic kitchen skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Food Handlers Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and its proper use.
• Ability to read and understand recipes and cooking instructions.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
