Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate detailed expertise in cooking and holding requirements for products offered.
- Prepare all menu items for service.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Support the kitchen team in delivering excellent quality to our guests in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to food and beverage safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Customer Service and Team Support: Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and customers. Responds promptly and adequately to guest requests or concerns.
Education And Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED.
- Prior formal culinary training preferred.
- One or more years of experience in the preparation and cooking of seafood and related products, or a combination of training and experience.
- Food handler’s card required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Constantly required to use close, distance, and peripheral vision with the ability to judge depth perception and adjust focus.
- Standing. Particularly for sustained periods.
- Walking. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
- Reaching. Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Grasping. Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
- Talking. Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
