About the role

OnLogic is seeking a Cook to join our employee cafe in South Burlington, Vermont. The Cook will prepare and serve high-quality meals, build positive relationships with employees, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch using fresh local ingredients
• Interface with employees to foster a positive rapport
• Awareness of allergens, dietary restrictions, and food sensitivities
• Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
• Organize and stock office snack areas
• Maintain and manage cafe budget
• Ensure a clean and functional workspace

Requirements

• Past kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to follow kitchen systems and protocols
• Reasonable accommodations considered
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Benefits

• Salary range: $45,000 to $50,000

Pay

The salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000. Final compensation is determined based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.

Schedule

Hours are flexible to accommodate the needs of the employee cafe and employees.
