Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
- Set station for service 15 minutes prior to service
- Display basic knife skills
- Learn all menu items produced by assigned station
- Refrigerate and serve cold food
- Produce orders
Qualifications
- Knowledge in a wide range of cooking techniques
- Good computer skills and organizational abilities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
