Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cook. In this role, the successful candidate Prepares foods for patient trayline and cafeteria in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Prepares foods for patient trayline and cafeteria in accordance with production sheets and standardized recipes to ensure foods meet established quality and quantity standards.
- Maintains the cooking area in a neat, orderly, and sanitary manner.
- Documents on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) temperature log sheets in accordance with departmental policy.
- Offers suggestions to enhance systems, processes, work methods, and recipe development for production.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School or GED
- 1 - 2 years Cooking in a Restaurant or Hospital
- Strong communication (both oral and written), and customer service skills.
- Ability to read well and write legibly.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.

Pay
The salary range for the role is $54,116.05 - $54,116.05 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
