Join our dedicated dietary team at Nursing & Rehabilitation at The Mansion, a skilled nursing facility in Sunbury, PA. As a Cook, you'll prepare and serve meals according to planned menus, while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals using standard recipes and proper portioning
• Accommodate special dietary needs
• Ensure food presentation and timing meets facility standards
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and in working order
• Follow all food safety and sanitation codes

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a healthcare or similar food service setting preferred
• Culinary training is a plus
