Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals for patients, residents, and staff, including special dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage food inventory and ordering, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with our nutrition team to develop and implement menus that meet patient and resident needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care
Requirements
- 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training or certification in food service management a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in culinary arts, nutrition, or related field preferred
