About the Role

Join the Marcus Theatres Culinary Team and help redefine food at the movies. As a cook, you’ll be part of a family‑focused environment where you can connect, grow, and have fun while delivering high‑quality food and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items
• Set‑up of kitchen equipment and stations
• Station set‑up, breakdown, and advance prep
• Read tickets to produce orders
• Prep and cook food to recipe specifications
• Maintain high quality level of food production and presentation
• Maintain sanitation standards
• Keep the line and prep area organized, stocked, and clean
• Follow direction of management and food & beverage leadership
• Assist in control of food waste

Requirements

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
• Passion for food quality and exceptional guest service
