Duties
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- Prepare food items needed to service
- Set up efficient flow of the cook line
- Assist with the sanitation of the kitchen, walk-in, and storage areas
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills
- Obtain and maintain a food handler’s card
- Work calmly and effectively under pressure
