Responsibilities

• Provide residents with high-quality food service
• Prepare and ensure residents receive appropriate food items for each meal in accordance with their dietary needs
• Ensure safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures
• Follow recipes for preparing large volumes of food
• Ensure residents receive a pleasant and safe dining experience

Qualifications

• Minimum tenth (10th) grade education
• Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
