About the role
We are currently searching for a full time Cook to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Avantara Redfield. Avantara Redfield is rapidly growing and we are investing in Cooks by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and ensure residents receive the appropriate food items for each meal in accordance to their dietary needs.
- Ensure the safety of food and equipment by recording temperatures.
- Follow recipes for preparing large volumes of food.
- Provide residents with a pleasant and safe dining experience.
Requirements
- As a minimum, a diploma/GED.
- Prior Skilled Nursing Foodservice experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
