Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute flawless dishes in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Communicate effectively with residents and guests to ensure a positive dining experience
• Adapt to changing menu needs and preferences while maintaining consistency in quality
• Participate in training programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences

Qualifications

• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• Must be willing to comply with Oakmont Management Group's health and safety protocols, including vaccination requirements, daily screenings, and PPE usage

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Hours may vary based on department needs and shifts may include weekends and holidays.
