About the Role

At Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs.
• Cooks all potentially hazardous food to correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines.
• Follows all food safety and handling policies and procedures.
• Sets up and breaks down workstation with required tools, equipment, or supplies.
• Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals.
• Always follows company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
