We are looking for a Cook to join our culinary team.

As a Cook, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen while learning proper culinary techniques, food preparation standards, sanitation practices, and teamwork. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys collaborating with others, and is excited to grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes for restaurant outlets, banquets, and special events
• Follow proper culinary techniques and food preparation standards
• Maintain sanitation practices in the kitchen
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills
• 1 year of previous line experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
• Able to perform all basic cooking skills
• Ability to work a single station in the kitchen
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
