About the role

The cook position is responsible for prepping, cooking, and cleaning the cook line. We have an open cook space and are looking for someone to not only prepare hot and fresh food but also speak with our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food items according to recipes and guidelines
• Cleans and maintains the cook line
• Speaks with guests to provide service and answer questions

Requirements

• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
