Starting Pay and Career Path
Starting pay is dependent on experience. All Cooks begin as Trainees. After completing training, Team Members receive guaranteed pay increases as they advance in levels. Leadership roles begin at Level III and are available to all employees, including those who started as cooks or servers. The opportunity to own your own business is available to all Hwy 55 employees.
