Starting Pay and Career Opportunities
Starting pay is determined based on experience. All Cook Team Members begin as Trainees. Upon completing training, Team Members receive guaranteed pay increases as they progress through levels. Leadership roles are available at Level II and are filled internally. The potential to own your own business is open to all Hwy 55 employees.
