Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve residents’ daily meals
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas
• Auxiliary with tray line setup and meal delivery
• Work in dish room and support overall dietary operations
• Follow all facility, OBRA, Federal, State, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with the dietary team
• Must be able to work scheduled hours, including some weekends and holidays
• Previous cook experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills
