About the role
Gwynedd Manufacturing is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Wales, PA, dedicated to producing quality products for the U.S. Department of Defense and various U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.
Responsibilities
- Aid in setting up service stations before meal service.
- Prepare deli sandwiches and other assigned food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Break down service stations after meal service, including proper storage of food and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and surfaces in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Follow all kitchen hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
- Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Kitchen Chef.
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations (preferred but not required).
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
