The Hospital Cook prepares, cooks, and serves nutritious, safe, and appealing meals to patients, staff, and visitors in accordance with hospital dietary guidelines and safety standards. The cook is responsible for ensuring that meals are prepared with care, in compliance with hospital policies, and meets the dietary needs of patients based on medical or dietary restrictions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification: Food Handlers certification is required within 7 days of start date

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 22.50 per hour. The final compensation package will be discussed with Human Resources to ensure fairness and alignment with the candidate's qualifications.
