About the Role

Weekend availability required

Qualifications

  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ensures optimum guest experience
  • Holds team accountable for quality, consistency, and upkeep of sanitization standards as set forth by company and state regulations
  • P Practices an ownership mentality with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Maintains highest levels of quality & presentation
  • Accurately portions all orders to ensure low food cost
  • Safety: Ensures areas are free from hazards that would potentially injure staff or guests
  • Addresses and immediately corrects any practices that lower safety standards

Education and/or Experience

  • Kitchen experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line
  • Computer skills: Understands and can operate the POS system
  • Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Mathematical skills: Basic Mathematics
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, or stand on their feet for an extended period of time, bend and twist their body, and may be required to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs.
