Job Overview

Fairview is seeking a Cook for Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN!

This is a part time opportunity on evening shift offering 56 hours over a 2-week pay period and is benefit eligible!

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established standards of high quality.
• Develops and tests recipes as directed.
• Completes all documentation related to production
• Handles and prepares food in a safe manner following HACCP standardized operating procedures
• Follows employee health guidelines to prevent disease transmission.
• Follows procedures to prevent food contamination.
• Coincides and communicates with all internal customers in all service areas.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedure.
• Takes responsibility for self and others in work area.
• Contributes to a safe work environment.
• Demonstrates Commitment to Customers

Required Qualifications

• 1 year Relevant experience
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language
• Basic math skills
• Certified or willing to become certified for food safety

Compensation

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
