Responsibilities
- Aid the Kitchen Manager and Lead Cook in meeting menu and guest service standards.
- Join a motivated culinary team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
- Follow defined recipes and safe food handling procedures to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Complete required food and safety logs promptly and accurately according to company procedures and regulations.
- Achieve ServSafe or State Food Handler Certification as per company policy.
- Comply with time and attendance policies and be flexible to work various shifts including day, night, weekends, and holidays.
- Understand and adhere to the company's ISO, health, and safety standards, and participate in relevant responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with diverse personalities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and perform tasks such as bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting.
Pay
Hourly wage: $20.00

This is a seasonal position from April 2026 to September 2026.
