Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation following established guidelines and under the direction of the Food Services Manager.
• Create nutritious dishes based on dietary guidelines for each meal.
• Skillfully operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, and more.
• Understand menu substitutions and accurately record them.
• Provide a warm and friendly demeanor to patients, family, and visitors.
• Adhere to safety protocols and corporate compliance standards.
