About the role

Desert Mountain Club, Inc., located in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks eighteen (18) full-time, temporary Cooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.
• Report directly to the Chef de Cuisine at Desert Mountain Club.

Requirements

• Six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end or high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club required.

Pay

\$20.00 - \$24.97 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at \$30.00 - \$37.46 per hour. Employee may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of discretionary holiday bonuses.

Schedule

35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
