We are seeking a skilled culinary team member to join our dynamic team at Clarendale Six Corners. Responsibilities
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization.
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
- Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional/dietary criteria.
- Prepare and cook meals efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with serving meals and ware washing as necessary.
- Evaluate food service quality, quantity, temperature, and appearance regularly.
- Conduct evaluations to improve food service operations and procedures.
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner.
- Support the creation of a culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in restaurant or senior living settings
