About the role

Ringer Hut Japanese Noodle Restaurant is seeking part-time team members who are passionate about their healthy fast food Japanese dishes. The restaurant is known for its "Champon," a rich, filling noodle dish with pork, seafood, and vegetables simmered in a savory broth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes using different cooking methods and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment according to sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience as a cook at fast-food restaurants.
• Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent knife skills to complete tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid State of Hawaii TB clearance card.

Skills

Must possess a passion for food knowledge and a strong work ethic.
