About the role
Ringer Hut Japanese Noodle Restaurant is seeking part-time team members who are passionate about their healthy fast food Japanese dishes. The restaurant is known for its "Champon," a rich, filling noodle dish with pork, seafood, and vegetables simmered in a savory broth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes using different cooking methods and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment according to sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience as a cook at fast-food restaurants.
- Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent knife skills to complete tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Hawaii TB clearance card.
Skills
Must possess a passion for food knowledge and a strong work ethic.
