About the Role
- Prepare meals according to menus and standardized recipes
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Prepare regular and special diet meals as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Cooking experience in a large-scale or healthcare required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
