Essential Job Functions
- Assemble and package menu items to company standards
- Prepares all food items to company standards
- Cooks, holds, and stores all food items to follow food safety guidelines
- Auxiliary in front-of-house operations as needed
- Unpacks and stores incoming inventory deliveries
- Informs management when equipment needs service or inventory is needed
- Cleans kitchen and storage areas
- Takes out trash
- Cleans and maintains equipment to company standards
- Cleans all small-wares and dishes
- Learns all Kitchen positions, including but not limited to: Wing Station, Fillet Station, Breader Station, Flat Top Station, Sandwich/Salad Station, Expo Station, Prep Station, Dishwashing Station

Capabilities Requirement
- Work 9-28 hours per week (Part-Time)
- Must be 16 or older
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously
- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
- Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
- Maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the environment
- Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
- Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment
Pay Range
$14 - $15 per hour
