About the role

Brandon Wilde is a Life Plan Community located on a 73-acre campus in Evans, GA. We enrich the lives of over 350 seniors through exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with local regulations and dietary requirements.
• Prepare meals accurately and efficiently, demonstrating knowledge in cooking preparation.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as needed.
• Visit residents regularly to evaluate food service quality, including quantity, temperature, and appearance.
• Conduct evaluations to improve food service operations and procedures.
• Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, fostering a positive marketing environment.
• Support the creation of a culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy through business decisions and employee engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Culinary degree preferred
• One year of restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience

Full-time (10:30 AM - 8:00 PM) with weekend availability
