Essential Functions

• Performs all aspects of meal preparation, cooking and presentation as assigned
• Completes prep work as required for future meals
• Auxiliaries in the completion of the order sheets to maintain the appropriate level of supplies and inventory
• Maintains refrigerator and freezer in an organized manner and as required by the health department
• Auxiliaries in the storage of stock items that have been delivered
• Maintains a clean and safe workspace and work environment
• Sweeps and mops kitchen area as assigned
• Auxiliaries wait staff when required and needed
• Adheres to all food handling regulations
• Knows and uses provided Universal Precautions and Personal Protective Equipment, according to requirements established by OSHA
• Operates a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties
• Works in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills

Qualifications and Education

• One year of experience in the industry
• Excellent verbal and listening skills
• The ability to multi-task effectively
