Responsibilities
- Affirms all dietary procedures.
- Maintains safety and effectiveness in operating all kitchen equipment.
- Supports the establishment of food production lines to ensure timely meal preparation.
- Projects the community positively and with pride during interactions with potential residents and families.
- Cooking nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavorful dishes for residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Culinary Arts training preferred.
- Two years of dietary experience.
- Knowledge of dietary procedures, relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Leadership skills and ability to work harmoniously with and supervise staff.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Primarily standing position, may require prolonged standing.
