The Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - Tucson Partnership with Select Medical is dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate care to individuals with various medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for patients, staff, and guests.
• Absent from Manager, supervise dietary staff.
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
• Follow proper sanitation, safety, and infection control policies.
• Maintain high standards of quality food production and portion control.
• Take initiative to identify and solve problems.

Requirements

• One (1) year cooking experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred.
• Completion of state or local food safety training course preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
