Qualifications
- Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification
- Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food safety and sanitation certification (plus)
