Responsibilities

• Inspect all kitchen surfaces to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Prepare food according to recipes.
• Season and cook food as directed.
• Monitor portions and manage inventories.
• Clean and organize the kitchen work area.
• Consult with supervisory staff to plan menus.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food preparation and production techniques.
• Ability to assess quality and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal relationships.
• Flexibility to work overtime and assist with workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
