About the role

The Old Post Office, the latest restaurant from the acclaimed Bacchus Management Group, is hiring back-of-house team members. Located in Burlingame’s beautifully restored historic post office (222 Park Rd), The Old Post Office will be an upscale neighborhood restaurant delivering one of the Bay Area’s premier dining experiences. We feature refined, seasonally driven cuisine, an exceptional cocktail program, an award-winning wine list, and warm, gracious hospitality. The restaurant will also offer a lively bar and lounge, outdoor dining, and private dining spaces.

Positions available:

• Prep cook
• Line cook
• Sous chef
• Dishwasher

Our goal is to provide exceptional service and memorable guest experiences while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We feature a full bar with craft cocktails, an extensive wine and spirits program, and a seasonal menu highlighting local producers and farm-to-table cuisine.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen
• Evening and weekend availability

Preferred:

• Valid California Food Handler Certificate
• Valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
