Job Description

Fulfills cooking duties as per recipes and production sheets, reporting any necessary adjustments to Manager/Supervisor and documenting these changes.

Prepares pan garnishes for front-of-house operations and sets up steam tables according to diagrams, ensuring timely preparation and organizing them efficiently.

Monitors hot food temperatures to ensure they meet safety standards (at least 165 degrees for entrees, starches, and vegetables), and ensures all wells are covered with lids until serving time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-1 year of general work experience
• 1-year line cook experience preferred

Schedule & Compensation

• Full Time
• 40 hours weekly
• 10:30am - 7pm
• Every other weekend & every other holiday
• $19.00- $20.00/hour
