About the role
Assists in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation. Batch cooks items ensuring optimal food quality, such as scrambled eggs, french fries, vegetables, and fish. Follows “counts” designated on production sheets as written. Informs the Chef when a recipe or food production sheet needs modification and alerts the Chef of potential shortages. Instructs attendants regarding menu offerings and/or menu changes. Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 2 shifts available:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- No late nights

$18.00/hour

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency, required
- Six (6) months of prior experience
