About the role
Assists in simple recipes for hot and cold food preparation. Batch cooks items ensuring optimal food quality; i.e., scrambled eggs, french-fries, vegetables, fish, etc.
Responsibilities
- Fulfills “counts” designated on production sheets, as written.
- Informs Chef when a recipe or food production sheet needs to be modified and informs Chef of potential shortages.
- Instructs attendants in regards to menu offerings and/or menu changes.
- P Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- One (1) year of related experience.

Pay & Compensation
- Full-Time Position, 40 hours weekly.
- Hours: Wednesday & Thursday, 10:30am - 7:00pm, Friday & Saturday 5:30am - 1:00pm, Sunday 8:30am-6:00pm.
- Every other Holiday required.
- $17.00/hour
