Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following our recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Aid with inventory management and the ordering of food supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Adjust menus to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Monitor food stock levels and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Continually improve culinary skills through participating in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
