About the role
Join Arbor Day Farm as a Cook and help create meaningful guest experiences while advancing the Foundation’s mission right here in Nebraska City.
Responsibilities
- Cook menu items and sauté special items.
- Cook foods made to order in an efficient manner.
- Keep a clean and tidy working space.
- Gain experience from an upscale restaurant.
- Receive training opportunities to advance throughout the kitchen.
- Work as a team.
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality, service, and the Foundation’s mission.
- A love for food and cooking.
- Cooking Experience.
- At least 1 year of line cook experience.
- At least 17 years old.
- A creative and learning driven mindset.
- Team-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to high standards — because good enough is not good enough.
Qualifications

Pay
- Salary range: $15 - $18 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
- Full-Time; Flexible pm shift 2-10pm (Friday and Saturday are required).
