Responsibilities

- Requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and teamwork. - Commitment to all Applebee's standards. - Ability to work under pressure and with others under pressure. - Ability to lift heavy items and work in hot conditions. - Ensuring all food procedures are followed according to Applebee's specifications. - Coordinating food service with other departments as needed. - Adhering to state and Applebee's sanitation guidelines. - Familiarizing oneself with new menu items and dishes. - High school diploma or equivalent. - One year of food preparation experience preferred but not required. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Demonstrating professionalism in the workplace. - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
