Responsibilities
As an Applebee's Cook, you will make our amazing menu items worth coming back for. You must be a great communicator and be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
- Handle inventory and maintain cleanliness of work area.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Effective communication skills.
- Commitment to making an impact.
Qualifications
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
- Safety Standards: Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work frequently in a hot and damp environment.
- Clear and attentive communication skills.
- Finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment.
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift.
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
